Lippy is a trainer, facilitator, and certified coach. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), conferred by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Certified Transformative Master Coach. He is also certified Job and Career Transition and Development Coach Instructor, training leaders and managers on career coaching skills.

As a coach and facilitator, Lippy is passionate in bringing out the best in individuals, and teams, by helping them create breakthroughs to achieve their goals. He has helped executives, managers, and teams, focus on their desired result, help make choices that support their progress, and keeping teams and individuals accountable for their commitments, using a variety of approaches, tools, and programs.

When not at work, Lippy enjoys spending time supporting his development worker wife, playing music for his son, reading books on behavioral economics, leadership, and science, writing on his blog, and playing his guitar.
