I am a Life and Leadership Coach, deeply motivated and inspired when working with organizations, teams and individuals navigating through their leadership journey, working environment, interactions and self-development.

I have credentials as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and also have certifications in Human-centered Coaching by Haraya Coaching, Advanced Certified Transformation Coaching by Coach Masters Academy and the use of Fingerprint for Success (Marlee/F4S) Assessment tool.

In Haraya, I’ve worked on long-term coaching engagements with clients like PBSP, HSBC, Republic Cement, DLSU and others, co-designing and facilitating programs that bring them empowerment and supports their goals.

Grounded on my coaching purpose of creating safe and explorative spaces for discovery and clarity, I also tap on my years of corporate experience in leading teams, sales planning, training and business development, to partner with clients in finding what gives them joy, power and value.

I have over 17 years of experience in corporate leadership roles. I transitioned from the corporate world to pursue coaching, which led me to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Human-Centered Coach, Advanced Certified Transformational Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and I continue my education to deepen my practice.

I advocate for a holistic coaching approach that fosters a growth mindset and healthy lifestyle. I offer a safe space that enables you to overcome obstacles and uncover what’s most important to you. My mission is to nurture self-belief, guiding you to courageously bloom in your unique way.

I am a professional life coach as well as a creative professional film director. I love narratives and journeys of people from all walks of life. However, as much as we love watching the movies where the main character always succeeds, in our own personal narratives we sometimes struggle and get lost in our journeys. As we all know, life happens, and I too know what it’s like to get stuck.

I took it upon myself to become an internationally certified life coach (ICF) to help others get “unstuck” and move forward with wholeness and purpose. I’m here to help co-direct and co-create your personal narrative to one that you want.

I am also a father, an avid cyclist, and passionate about personal development. I have a soft spot especially for those in the creative space seeking help.

With a unique blend of 25 years of executive experience in government and the private sector, and a decade of coaching expertise, I now dedicate my time to helping others develop and achieve their potential.

My coaching practice focuses on supporting my individual and team clients to reveal their more profound aspirations and create shifts in their outlook, navigating their emotions, enhancing their communication style and behavior, and opening up new pathways for success in their relationships and organizations.

My passion for learning is not just theoretical; I apply it in my life and work, constantly seeking opportunities for growth for myself and others. When not coaching, I design and facilitate leadership and conversation dynamics workshops

I spend my extra time reading and volunteering in activities that benefit communities and strengthen their emotional and mental well-being. I also serve in faith-based groups that help couples navigate their married lives.

I am an ICF credentialed Professional Coach (PCC Level), a Founding CEO of Movimentum Leadership and the Business Lead for Haraya Coaching Mindanao-Visayas regions. As a certified transformative and human-centered Coach with training on meta coaching and Positive Intelligence, I partner with clients in Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching towards their most imaginable regenerative transcendence. Co-creative, evolving brave and safe space conversations with calmness, vulnerability and accountability are the usual experiences my clients give as a feedback of their experiences. Metaphors come naturally with me as my language in reflecting back my Client’s perspectives, beliefs, values and mental habits.

I am also a Fellow in People Management (FPM) granted by the Society of Fellows of People Management Association of the Philippines and had been a volunteer leader of this professional organization as Chapter President in 2013 and continuously serve until today as part of the Council of Presidential Advisors. Currently, I am the Chapter President/Lead of Philippine Society for Talent Development Davao Chapter and served ICF Philippines as Communications Director (2022-2023). These volunteer leadership experiences along with my more than a decade Executive Leadership experiences in various industries give me a depth of meaningful appreciation with joy about life-optimizing leadership and culture. As a Professional Coach, I have already awakened 9, 700 hearts as of Q2 2024.

Learning and creativity are my top strengths, hence I am transcending my growth through executive leadership education at Sloan School of Management at MIT in Boston, as Certified Transformational Coach by Coach Masters Academy, Global and as Human-Centered Coach by Haraya Coaching. My recent completion to a Diploma Course on Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship (ICE) and a Global Leadership Diploma course at the UPEACE in Costa Rica Executive Education bring so much joy as I journey with my clients.

I am the lead for the Banyuhayan (Wholeness) and Ka-Aruga (Family) Coaching Programs of Haraya Coaching. I am a seasoned Life and Leadership Coach with over 500 hours of coaching experience.

I believe that coaching is a tool to unlock the potential inside each individual. I have helped clients get clarity on various topics such as making career decisions, managing transitions, and achieving balance.

Aside from being a coach, I am an Organization Development Consultant with over 15 years experience and hold a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I use a coaching approach to help organizations and leaders create relevant, sustainable and people-centered solutions.

A parent myself, I am the founder of The Parent in Progress, a community with over 10,000 members, that empowers parents to make the best decisions for their own families. I am passionate about building a kinder, more joyful world for ourselves and for our children – one meaningful conversation at a time.

Vina is a credentialed professional coach by  ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is currently Senior Director for Wellness and Resiliency for TaskUs, leading a team 50 Senior Managers and Professional Coaches supporting more than 42,000 Teammates across Asia.  Prior to this role, Vina was an Independent Executive and Leadership Coach and Organization Development Consultant for more than 4 years serving multiple industries.  She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in leadership, organization development, and learning – strategizing and implementing organization-wide initiatives and programs that support the business.  She has designed and led the execution of learning and development programs for different leadership levels across different organizations (outsourcing, shared services, information technology, software engineering, academe, manufacturing, and financial services).

I am the wind that nudges your sails toward uncharted waters. I believe you can BE and DO more so you feel BRAVE enough to reach for places you never thought possible.

Jackie is the Founder and one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching, where she supports a wide variety of clients as a Life and Leadership Coach. She is a Director of Training for Coach Masters Academy (CMA) in the Philippines and is a Transition, Career and Business Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison. She runs property development and retail businesses, as well as a non-profit organization supporting the education of less fortunate students in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

She is fascinated by the workings of the human brain and strives to understand the mind-body connection through her studies of Neuroscience.

Jackie believes entrepreneurship is a key contributor to nation building and wishes for more entrepreneurs to thrive.
