Lea is one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching and a Faculty Team Member for Coach Masters Academy (CMA) in the Philippines. She is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified People Acuity Guide and Strengths Specialist by People Acuity and Certified Professional in Supply Management by Institute of Supply Management.
Lea had two decades of corporate experience in supply chain management as a Supply Chain Executive and Consultant for multinational companies in the manufacturing, consumer and direct sales sectors. Outside the corporate environment, she has more than 10 years of experience in retail and franchise business operations having supported her family business as operators of fuel service stations and convenience stores. Currently, she has business ventures in real estate, food, wellness and paper recycling.
Her passion for coaching emanates from the desire to make a valuable contribution to the world and mankind. Lea’s heart for service and volunteerism is seen in her active participation in Community Relations coaching initiatives of ICF Philippines, she is also a volunteer coach for a non-stock profit organization and serve as Pilgrim lead helping in the mission of bringing more people closer to God. She believes in the related work of coaching and spirituality.
Lea’s diverse experience is aligned with her innate drive of empowering and inspiring people to bring about meaning in their lives through learning and coaching. Making her own purposeful choices to manage balance in all her life areas primarily focused on family - being a supportive wife and mother to 2 children, faith, wellness and personal development.
As a Certified Coach, Lea works with individuals and teams, supporting them in achieving their transformation goals through coaching and training. She has partnered in transformational coaching work with executives and staff of distinguished companies, SMEs and government institutions such as Rustan’s Supercenters, Ayala healthcare, DAP, Generika, Globe Telecom, Yellow Cab, Serenitea, Max’s Group Inc, IDP Education Philippines, Mañosa Group of Companies, MedChoice Pharma, Ford Academy, Pioneer Insurance, Republic Cement, Maersk, Mary Kay, Phoenix Petroleum, Manila Doctors, Concentrix and DepEd to name a few.
She is an Associate Faculty for Center for Creative Leadership, an Associate Coach for Maximum Coaching and Independent Coach Facilitator for Quintegral Philippines Inc. partnering in the developmental programs of their global and local clients. She also functions as a Coach for the Humanitarian Coaching Network supporting the development and wellbeing of humanitarian staff globally.
