Untypical of strategic business meetings, they met in what they referred to as “the most Tita of venues, Mary Grace in Greenbelt”. This time though, there was no dead end but a defining moment. “One meet-up and all Jackie said was, ‘I don’t see the conflict – you both want the same thing but saying so in different ways!”

After that defining meeting, they had more sessions with Haraya Coaches Lea and TJ. More realizations surfaced: “Haraya helped us prioritize what’s important for Pep Squad which also means letting go of opportunities that are not aligned with our goals” and “… that ego has no place in synergy”.
