Drawing from Haraya’s deep-dive interviews with leaders and stakeholders, we revisit what people truly long for in leadership and collaboration.

In our previous research with 50 interviewees across job levels, five themes consistently emerged: empowering others, driving results, technical knowledge, care for self, and connecting with others .

What stood out?
It is not enough to focus only on performance. People want leaders who connect.
