What we do
Leadership is a critical component for organizational success. Leaders influence their teams’ culture and performance by envisioning the future, engaging workforce, and ensuring alignment of people towards desired values. Without strong and reliable leadership capability, teams may not work at their best.
We developed this program to help executives heighten their leadership capability. Through a holistic approach, Haraya co-creates an experience where leaders gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their teams, clarify their purpose, and work towards developing their leadership influence while optimizing their strengths.
“Kinaiya” is a Filipino noun that describes one’s character and all things that make you “who you are.” This is what authentic leadership is about – becoming all of who you are.
This proposal contains a framework and a process where this bespoke work will be delivered. Our purpose is to provide the Client with a long-term and trusting partnership towards meaningful and sustainable leadership development.
