Without strong and reliable leadership capability, teams may not work at their best.
Over the past decade, Haraya has had the privilege to work with dozens of companies and hundreds of leaders and we have learned so much from their journeys. By listening intently to their stories and gaining insights from their challenges, we continuously refine our leadership program.
We developed this program to help executives heighten their leadership capability. Through a holistic approach, Haraya co-creates an experience where leaders gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their teams, clarify their purpose, and work towards developing their leadership influence while optimizing their strengths.
Human-centered leadership starts with YOU and your authentic leadership style. At the heart of our approach is the concept of “Kinaiya” a Filipino noun that describes one’s character and all things that make you “who you are.” This is what authentic leadership is about – becoming all of who you are as a leader.
Our program kicks-off by deep diving with our clients to create a customized experience using our signature “Tunsayan Model”. Tunsayan is a play on the words tunay ("authentic") and sanayan ("practice"). We created this model as a guide to help leaders develop human-centered practices and heighten their individual and collective capabilities.
